False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites
These programs start off at NCV level 2 along with the least necessity would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Mathematics.
At the time the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade 10 certification. NCV Level 3 would be grade 11 and NCV Level 4 is grade twelve.
NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, currently being comparable to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade 9 is on NQF level one. Our false bay college NCV programmes start NCV level 2 which is equivalent to an NQF level 2.
On which kind of students are suited for these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that traditional education is just not automatically the only way of turning into an artisan or turning out to be competent therefore if a student knows from an early age what their passions are, the NCV programme is really properly suited to that student.
